Minister for Communications and Digitalization Hon. Ursula Owusu-Ekuful has been honored Excellence in Governance Award by Glitz Africa.
At the 7th annual Ghana Women award event in Accra, Hon Ursula Owusu, Minister for Communications and digitalization, was honored for her hard work and tremendous contributions to governance in Ghana.
The event which was organized by Glitz Africa to celebrate and appreciate industrious women in Ghana took place on the 7th of August, 2022 at the Kempinski Hotel in Accra.
Hon. Ursula Owusu was honored at the event and was presented an award for “Excellence in Governance” at the event to which she was very grateful.
She expressed her gratitude to the organizers and all the people who have supported her in her political journey so far especially her husband.
Speaking after receiving her honorary award, she said “ It hasn’t been easy, we have suffered but it’s all part of the cost we have to pay and its worth it to find young girls whose lives have been transformed under the various initiatives. Thank you to all the mentors who have been part of the toils to train our young girls.”
