President Nana Addo-Dankwa Akufo-Addo’s representative in the Central Region of Ghana, Madam Justina Marigold Assan in a video sighted by coverghana knelt down to beg Assembly members to approve President Nana Addo-Dankwa Akufo-Addo’s nominee.
President Nana Addo-Dankwa Akufo-Addo nominated Mr. Ernest Arthur to represent him as the Municipal Chief Executive for the cape coast assembly.
However, he was rejected by the assembly members during the confirmation voting. Following the rejecting of the Nominee Mr. Ernest Arthur, the Central Regional minister went on her knees to beg the assembly members to approve the President’s nominee.
Eventhough the Central Regional minister Hon. Justina Marigold Assan knelt down to beg Assembly members, the Cape Coast MCE nominee, Ernest Arthur, was still rejected for the second time.
In short, the assembly members just asked the Reginal Minister to find her way to ‘hell’ as they will not approve the President’s nominee despite her pleadings.
