The Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong, has revealed the name of the person who killed Ahmed Suale, a Ghanaian undercover journalist who was murdered on Wednesday, 16 January 2019 by unknown assassins.
According to the MP, the police revealed to him that the name of the killer was ‘Ansong Gyeabour’.
He revealed this during a one-on-one exclusive interview with OGEE, the host of Adinkra TV.
According to the MP, the police showed him the pictures of the killer and told him anytime they track his location and alerts the the regional police command in Kumasi to track him down and arrest him, he finds a way out to escape.
He said in the video, “The police showed me the pictures of the killer ….a tall guy..and told me his name was Ansong Gyeabour, I repeat Ansong Gyeabour, it’s been a year now they told me this. He is in Kumasi..and they also told me anytime they discover his location in Kumasi, they try tell the police regional command in Kumasi and the police in Kumasi alerts the killer..and then he escapes.My repetation had been on the line …I feel this is the right time to reveal this”
He also added, ” The police over the last four months told me to have patience the case is still under investigation but, I cannot continue getting that embarrassment, Humiliation, and accusations everywhere when the police knows the killer”
