A Nigerian football manager has thrown shade at Ghana over its delay in choosing where to host the first leg of the Ghana vs. Nigeria clash of the World Cup qualifiers play-off.
The former Nigerian footballer was seen and heard in a trending video, indicating that Nigeria is ever ready whiles some people are still under confusion over choice of stadium.
Daniel Amokachi, indicated that, the Moshood Abiola Stadium looks beautiful and ever ready to host any game.
“The Moshood Abiola Stadium. We are all ready. Look at how beautiful the pitch is. Look at how beautiful the stadium is. We are all ready but some people are still looking for a venue. Some people are under confusion. You know who I am talking about” he stated.
Ghana is expected to host Nigeria on March 25th in the first leg of the Qatar World Cup qualifiers play-off match.
However, the Cape Coast Sports Stadium has been declared not fit to host the match after the Nation’s 65th Independent Day Anniversary.
Ghana is currently considering the Babayara Sports Stadium at Kumasi as an alternative to host the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
