Rufftown Records signee, Wendy Shay has been involved in a fatal accident.
The accident happened around midnight on Sunday, September 10 on the Kwabenya highway in Accra.
Wendy Shay, according to eyewitness accounts, crashed with a Tipper Truck and narrowly survived.
Wendy Shay was apparently travelling on the road when the truck collided with her; in an attempt to avoid the collision, she drove off and crashed her Jeep Wrangler into a gutter.
