Unfortunately for this thief, it seems he will be having some difficult time as he might receive some treatments before he is handed over to the Ghana Police Service as some of the persons who caught him are heard asking for some instruments.
It is unclear what came over this thief because no sane person will try such a deadly thing knowing that his chance of successfully stealing the Ghana Police Service vehicle car battery is almost zero.
