WASSCE NOV/DEC 2023 Registration
The West African Examination Council (WAEC) has announced the registration of the 2023 November-December (Nov-Dec) for all interested candidates.
In Ghana, Nov-Dec is a private examination for Senior High School (SHS) levers who want to better their grades. The exams is conducted by WAEC between August and December every year.
Interested candidates are to register for the various courses they want to rewrite by following the below steps.
HOW TO REGISTER FOR NOV-DEC
Step 1
Create a profile and loginÂ
Visit the official website of WAEC using the link here >> WAEC official website
After visiting the official website of WAEC, start the registration by creating a profile for yourself using a valid email address and a password.
Next, use the same email address and password to login where you will be redirected to the registration page.
Candidates are expected to scan their fingerprints for the a successful. Candidates are to move to registration centres that has such scanners for the process.
Step 2
Bio data
Candidates are expected to enter their Surname first before any other names.
Below is the list of details candidates have to enter in the portal.

- DisabilityÂ
TAKE NOTE: Your names should not exceed 40 characters. Also your postal address should not be more than 60 characters.
Step 3
Registration centre and subject informationÂ
In addition to personal information you will have to provide the center and subject information.
Select the center and region where you which to write the examination
Then select the subjects you which to register and the maximum number of subjects are eight.
Step 4
Photo of registration
Here you are expected to take a picture with webcam of 2.0MP 720p USB 2.0, color: high resolution RGB support hi-speed USB 2.0 certified 2.0 megapixel sensor up to 30 frames per second.
Also, the dimension of the scanned photograph should be between 160 pixels (width) and 200 pixels (height). The dimensions of a scanned signature should be between 250 pixels (width) and 150 pixel (height)
Step 5
Submitting registrationÂ
When done with the registration form, you are to click on the Accept button and wait for a preview of your details page. When the page appear, look through if there is any information you need to edit you. Afterward, click on save the button.
Finally, click on submit if you are satisfied with all the provided details.
NOTE: Be informed that you can only review up to three (3) times.
Step 6
Penalty
Payment made for registration can be changed. However, you have to follow a procedure. After the money for the registration have been paid and you want to make any changes you will have to use this procedure:
Login with email and password and select the penalty type.
Make the required modifications and submit through the same process.
An invoice for that modification will be generated for candidates to print and taken to the bank for payment.
Step 7
Printing of confirmation page
Candidates are required to visit the site for the printing of confirmation page after making the payment at the bank.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE
The deadline for the 2023 Nov-Dec registration process as announced by WAEC is 17th August 2023.
WAEC NOV-DEC REGISTRATION FEES
The NovDec registration fees is determined by the number of subjects your want to sit for. Check below for the list of cost for registration
- Six (6) or more subjects costs GH¢ 480.47
- Five (5) subjects costs GH¢ 458.67
- For (4) subjects costs GH¢ 436.67
- Three (3) subjects costs GH¢ 410.30
- Two (2) subjects costs GH¢ 395.24
- One (1) subject costs GH¢ 379.18
NOV-DEC FEES: WHERE TO PAY REGISTRATION FEES
All candidates are entreated to pay their Nov-Dec registration fees at any of the following listed branch of the banks:
- Prudential Bank (GH) Limited.Â
- Zenith Bank (GH) Limited.Â
- Bank of Africa (GH) Limited.Â
- United Bank of Africa (UBA).
- Ecobank (GH) Limited.Â
- Access Bank.Â
- FBN Bank (GH) Limited.Â
- Consolidated Bank (GH) Limited.Â
- Agriculture Development Bank (ADB).
