Elicia Miller is a teacher at Creme De La Creme Day Care who was arrested for allegedly breaking the knee of one of the kids in the Day Care School.

According to the report available, when Miller noticed that the child’s leg swelling after allegedly breaking the legs, she notified her Superiors about it and alleged that another student was responsible for the injury.

Following investigations into the incident, a camera footage was retrieved which indicated that Miller lied and after the manager of the school showed the video to Miller, she admitted she lied to avoid getting in trouble.

The manager sent Miller home and called the police who arrested Miller and placed her into custody.

The family of the kid who’s knee was allegedly broken is now suing the school for damages caused to their kid.
