JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Manage the provision of food.
2. Supervise catering
3. Plan food in consultation with Management
4. Organise, lead and motivate the catering team
5. Monitor the food and service provided and perform any other
function assigned by management.
QUALIFICATION
Skills & Experience HND in Hotel Catering and Institutional Management.
1. Ability to motivate and manage staff
2. Strong communication and ability to work with others.
3. Ability to accept criticism and work under pressure
4. Ability to take initiative.
5. Drive and determination to improve standards and profitability.
WORK EXPERIENCE: 2-5years in a similar role
