A female hotel employee returned $70k which belongs to a customer
A female hotel worker, Kekwaaru Ngozi Mary has returned a misplaced $70k which belongs to a customer.
Kekwaaru Ngozi Mary is a hard-working and God-fearing who is working at Eko Hotel and Suites, Lagos, Nigeria.
It was reported that a customer misplaced $70k at the hotel but fortunately, the God-fearing young employee, Ngozi Mary found the lost money and fearfully returned it with the hope of getting the rightful owner of the cash.
Due to the remarkable act shown by the employee, her action won the heart of many including Davido.
However, Davido promised the female employee, Ngozi Mary a whooping $10k for returning that huge amount of money to the rightful owner.
Davido’s pledge surfaced in a tweet reading “Find her for me … I donate $10k.”
Fast-forward, Davido hits the hotel to reward Kekwaaru Ngozi Mary for doing what many will describe as odd in these trying times.
In the presence of Davido, Mary showered blessings on Davido saying
“Davido nothing will harm you.” She also added that “anybody who wants your downfall will rather fall.”
The gesture by Davido has garnered considerable attention and appreciation from the public, drawing praise from numerous Nigerians on various social media platforms.
Among those who recognized Ngozi Mary’s commendable action is Mr. Peter Obi of the Labour Party LP, who released a statement commending her for upholding honesty and morality in a society that sometimes faces challenges and moral decline.
