Chief Imam visits North Tongu Constituency and made GH¢70,000 cash donation

His Eminence, Sheikh Dr. Osman Nuhu Sharubutu, the National Chief Imam of the Republic of Ghana, and his team have visited victims of the VRA-induced flood in the North Tongu Constituency.

In the constituency, His Eminence led special prayers for all the displaced including senior citizens, mothers, children, and other vulnerable persons in the 21 camps.

In addition, he made a massive donation of carefully selected relief items and a cash donation of GHS70,000.00.

The cash donation was promptly handed over to the Accountability Elders Council to support the construction of our alternative housing project.

“May I render profuse personal appreciation to His Eminence for the special prayers and blessings — an act of kindness I shall cherish all my life,” Hon Okudzeto writes to congratulate Chief Imam.
