Dr. Bawumia is not the right person to help Ghana – Former Aide to Bawumia

The Former National TESCON Coordinator and Former Aide to Dr. Alhaji Mahamudu Bawumia, Rosemond Obeng, has disclosed that her Former Boss, Dr. Bawumia, is not the right candidate to help Ghana.

Rosemond Obeng, on GHOne’s “State Affairs” programme, voiced that she has worked with Dr. Bawumia for a while and can confidentially say that he lacks leadership and boldness as a character leader. His approach to issues misses freedom to act and critical analysis elements.

“We need critical leadership and I know my former Boss and father cannot offer that. Bad leadership gives us bad outcomes, output, and performance,” she stated emphatically.”

Delving into the already-known outside view of the masses about her former Boss, Rosemond said Dr. Bawumia is easily controlled his approach to issues lacks freedom and critical analysis elements. She also said his approach to issues lacks fairness, firmness, and courage, and is easily manipulated.

She went on to add that her former Boss’ decisions are influenced.
Citing reference, she talked about how Dr. Bawumia 2016 was in the faces of Ghanaians, talking about how weak the economy was and playing “hide and seek” with the same weak economy under his watch as the Vice President of Ghana (2024).

Rosemond, in the video, extended the conversation, adding that Dr. Bawumia is dishonest and not consistent with his talks.

“Bawumia performed abysmally. Ghanaians will make a choice this time based on what has happened with the economy,” she added.
