The Lawyers of the First respondent (Electoral Commission) has opted not to lead anymore witnesses to give evidence in the ongoing Election Petition and wishes to close its case.

The Electoral Commission’s lawyer, Justin Amenuvor pleads that, he believes enough evidence has been adduced from the evidence of the petitioner’s witnesses and their cross-examination for the Supreme Court to determine the petition.
