The New Patriotic Party (NPP) Parliamentary Candidate for the Old Tafo Constituency Mr. Ekow Vincent Assafuah has donated taxis to the constituency Polling Station Executives Pfor the proceeds to be used as a fund for the welfare of the constituency polling station executives in fulfillment of his promise to them.
In a statement intercepted by Coverghana.com.gh, Mr. Ekow Vincent Assafuah said, having served as a Polling Station Executive of his party in the Old Tafo Constituency, he got to experience at first hand the many challenges that the polling station executives of the party face.

According to him, in the case of Old Tafo, there was no welfare package for them. Therefore, during the parliamentary primaries, he promised the delegates of Old Tafo Constituency to provide a source of funding to support the welfare of the Polling Station Executives when given the mandate.

Fortunately, the Public Relations Officer of the Ministry of Education Mr. Ekow Vincent Assafuah was elected on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party to contest the parliamentary seat for Old Tafo Constituency. Few months after the primaries, he presented taxis to the constituency, for the proceeds to be used as a fund for the welfare of the constituency polling station executives in fulfillment of my promise to them.
