GCB Bank PLC announces shut down of Suame Magazine Branch temporarily

The GCB Bank PLC has announced the shut down of the Suame Magazine branch temporarily.

The bank in their notice has informed the general public that a technical challenge has interfered with their operation hence leading to the temporal closure of the Suame Magazine branch.

The bank in their notice said “There has been an abrupt interruption of Banking Services at the Suame Magazine Branch which was caused by a technical challenge.

“We wish to by this notice inform you that, the resolution of this incident will result in a temporal closure of the branch.”

Providing alternatives for banking, they direct customers to visit the Jubilee House branch. Also, they “can also use any of our alternate channels including Cards, Internet Banking, G-Money, etc for your transactions,” they added.

The bank also apologized
sincerely for any inconvenience this may cause their customers and the entire public.
