GCB Bank to suspend major services until 1st November, 2021

Management of the GCB Bank Limited has announced to the general public especially their valued customers, a suspension of some services until Monday, 1st November, 2021.
According to the Bank, due to an ongoing upgrade of their core banking system, in-branch services will end at 3pm on Friday 29th Oct.
Meanwhile, ATM, Mobile Banking, Mobile App and Internet banking services will also be offline from 7pm today, Wednesday, 27th October, 2021.

However, G-Money wallet to wallet transactions, airtime top-up and bill payments will be available.
Management has indicated that, all services will be restored on Monday 1st November, 2021.

All GCB Bank Limited customers are hereby cautioned not to share their pin and account information with anyone.
