Newly trained teacher perished in accident while returning from licensure examination resit

The latest news picked by Coverghana.com.gh has Confirmed that, a Newly Trained Teacher has perished in a fatal accident while returning from Offinso for his Ghana Teacher Licensure Examination re-sit.
The Trained Teacher went to Offinso College of Education to re-sit for his Ghana Teacher Licensure Examination scheduled for Monday, 25th October, 2021 and Tuesday, 26th October, 2021 by the National Teaching Council (NTC).
The 30-year old teacher known as Hanson Essel passed on in the car accident, while returning from Offinso to his school of Service in Techiman after writing the Licensure Examination on Tuesday.

According to the information picked, four (4) others on board, 2 males and 2 females also died aside the trained teacher. In all, a total of five (5) persons (3males and 2 females) were confirmed dead in the accident which involved articulator and a mini-bus.
Sources confirmed that, the accident occurred on Tuesday, 26th October, 2021 around 4pm along Kumasi Techiman Highway.
Hanson Essel, before his demise was a National Service Personnel at St. Paul Junior High School (JHS) in Techiman.

He was enrolled into the General Department of the Gbewaa College of Education in October 2017 and completed in 2020 and began his one year mandatory National Service on 15th January, 2021.
Currently, the bodies of the deceased are deposited at the Offinso Government Hospital morgue pending investigation into the accident.
