George Addo Jnr Leaves Multimedia for British Broadcasting Corporation
Famous Ghanaian Sports Broadcast Journalist George Addo Jnr has joined the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) after several years of working with the Multimedia Group in Ghana.
Prior to joining the British Broadcasting Corporation, George Addo Jnr worked on the African scene for many years.
He worked at the Multimedia Group, a conglomerate comprising of Joy FM, Joy News, Adom FM, Adom Tv, Hitz FM, Joy Prime among others for close to ten (10) year.
George Addo Jnr Journalism Career
George Addo Jnr’s sports journalism career officially began with Radio Univers as head of sports from September 2009 to January 2013.
He was appointed Chief Football Commentator for The Multimedia Group in 2014. Thereafter, he took on the positions of Chief Athletics Commentator, Reporter, and Contributor with The Multimedia Group and BBC News, respectively.
The seasoned and well-respected sports journalist was named Head of Communication at Coach Hene Sports Club in the UK as of Wednesday, March 22, 2023.
