GETFund Undergraduate Local Scholarship Applications 2024/2025 -Apply

The Ghana Education Trust Fund (GETFund) has announced the opening of its Undergraduate (Diploma, Higher National Diploma and Degree Programs) Local scholarships portal for the 2024/2025 Academic year.

GETFund 2024/2025 Application Portal Opening Date

The effective opening date for applications is Friday, 15th November 2024.

Application deadline

The application deadline for the 2024/2025 GETFund Application is Wednesday, 15th January 2025.

Procedure for Applications

All applicants are required to visit the GETFund Website to access the GETFund scholarship Portal to complete an online application form.

Needed documents for application

Applicants are to complete the online form with required information and upload scanned copies of required documentation for vetting and shortlisting.

Important notice

Shortlisted applicants shall be contacted after the vetting processes are completed.

All correspondence shall be between the GETFund and the scholarship applicants exclusively.

Scholarship applications shall be received ONLY through the scholarship application portal for processing.

GETFund Application Processes and Requirements

The application processes and requirements for GETFund are as follows

GETFund Scholarship for Undergraduate Requirements

You must upload the following documents online to be considered for the Getfund Undergraduate Scholarship:

• Upload a scanned copy of signed Application letter

• Upload a scanned copy of proof of Nationality (Copy of Passport / National I.D Card)

• Upload a scanned copy of admission letter clearly stating the programme duration in it

• Upload a scanned copy of approved Fee Schedule (2024/2025 Academic Year)

• Upload a scanned copy of Secondary School Certificate results (WASSCE, CTVET, and any other certificate recognized by Ghana Tertiary Education Commission GTEC) (where applicable)

• Upload a scanned copy of previous academic term transcripts for continuing students (where applicable)

• Upload a scanned copy of previous Undergraduate Certificate (Degree, HND, Diploma) and corresponding transcript for applicants pursuing another Undergraduate certificate (Degree, HND) (where applicable)
