Gifty Tweneboah Beckson, a Level 200 nursing student at the University of Cape Coast (UCC), has been elected as the Secretary for the Nursing and Midwifery Students Association (NAMSA-UCC) for the 2024/2025 academic year.

Gifty Tweneboah Beckson who is popularly known as Miss Beckson secured an impressive 526 votes out of the 565 cast by the 700 eligible voters during the Association’s elections on 12th July, 2024.

Miss Beckson’s leadership journey is marked by a series of notable roles.

She served as the Secretary for Campus Crusade for Christ International – UCC during the 2023/2024 academic year and currently holds the position of Evangelism Coordinator in the same organization.

Her leadership experience extends back to her Senior High School days at Aggrey Memorial, where she was the Financial Secretary for the Scripture Union (SU).

In addition to her current responsibilities, Miss Beckson is the Female Organizer for the Aggrey Memorial Old Student Association (AMOSA-UCC), demonstrating her ongoing commitment to serving her community and peers.
