GIJ: It’s unfair to tell students to defer their courses for late payment of fees – John Dumelo

Popular Ghanaian actor John Dumelo says it is unfair for GIJ to ask students to defer their courses due to late payment.

The Ghana Institute of Journalism earlier directed all students who payed their fees after the payment deadline to defer their courses to the next academic year.

This directive from the management of the University has seen many students lamenting as they describe the directive as unfair.

Adding his voice to the lamentations of the students, actress John Dumelo said “It’s unfair to tell students to defer after late payments. Simply unfair!”
