The Volta Region Representative for the 2020 Ghana’s Most Beautiful is called Matilda Makafui Freeman. Kafui is used as her stage name for the purposes of easily memorization and voting as proposed by TV3.
Makafui Mathilda Freeman is a daughter of George Freeman (Father) and Dzifa Freeman (Mother). Kafui comes from Peki-Dzake in the South Dayi District of the Volta Region, Ghana.
The eloquent, beautiful and talented young lady is 24 years of age. She had her basic school education at Riis Presby, Ho and later proceeded to Mawuko Girls’ Senior High School for her second cycle education.
She got admission into Akatsi College of Education popularly known as “Avenor University” in 2016 and completed in the year 2019 with Diploma in Basic Education (DBE). Kafui is currently doing her one year mandatory National Service.
Makafui Mathilda Freeman’s pageantry role began from Mawuko Girls’ Senior High School where she was crowned FACE OF MAWUKO in 2013.
During the 2016/2017 Students’ Representative Council (SRC) week celebration, Miss. Makafui Mathilda Freeman contested for miss AKATSICO and was crowned Queen of Akatsi College of Education in 2017.
She later represented Akatsi College of Education in the Volta Region for FACE OF THE TEACHER TRAINEES’ ASSOCIATION OF GHANA (TTAG) VOLTA SECTOR where she won TTAG VOLTA QUEEN of the year among seven Colleges of Education in the Volta Region.
Kafui then represented Colleges of Education in the Volta Region at TTAG National FACE OF TTAG 2018 held at Ada College of Education. Through hard work and determination, she was crowned TTAG National Queen for the year 2018 among forty-Six (46) Accredited Public Colleges of Education in Ghana.
She’s smart, fluent, hospitable, beautiful, intelligent, friendly, open minded, passionate about pageantry, etc.
Makafui Mathilda Freeman has been unbeaten throughout her pageantry journey and she is up for GHANA’S MOST BEAUTIFUL 2020 (GMB2020) representing the great VOLTA REGION. She’s ready to work hard and bring the crown to the VOLTA REGION.
