Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT) on University of Cape Coast Campus (UCC-Campus) has notified all members of the association on a vital area of concern issues.
In the notice signed by Godfred Abanfo, President and his Secretary Dzidzinyo Akpeke, they disseminated the vital information in five (5) parts.
1. GES HR Database
The Regional EMIS office indicates their intention to collect data on all GES personnel on study leave. Kindly take note and avail yourself when the time is due.
2. Monitoring
Monitoring of teachers on study leave will take place in February. Monitoring forms will be made available to be completed prior to the exercise.

3. Documents ending up at the Regional Office
Note that to submit any documents to the REO, you need to purchase a flat file at a cost of GH¢4.00
4. Change of management unit
Kindly, if your management unit has not changed from your former station yet, submit to the GNATOC Office 3 copies each of:
- Admission letterÂ
- Study Leave letterÂ
- Payslip
“Please treat this part as urgent,” they added.
5. Office management
Elected executives will be managing the office until an office assistant is recruited. Hence, from now onwards before you visit the office, reach out to any of the executives via call, SMS, or/ WhatsApp. With some few exceptions, most of the issues could be resolved without you being at the office physically.
However, new opening hours will be announced as soon as possible.
