The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Ben Q. Honyenuga, who received the items on behalf of the beneficiary institutions, thanked the MP for his kind gesture, and added “We should all be one another’s keeper. Covid-19 knows no bounds.”
He also appealed to the MP and the municipal authorities to intensify public education on the pandemic and its preventive etiquettes in markets, where compliance to the safety protocols has been very abysmal.
