“I’m sad” – Says Prez. Nana Addo-Dankwa Akufo-Addo as he mourns NDC’s Ama Benyiwa Doe

The President of the land President Nana Addo-Dankwa Akufo-Addo has reacted to the news of the demise of a staunch Member of the opposition National Democratic Congress.

According to President Nana Addo-Dankwa Akufo-Addo, he is sad after hearing the news of his colleagues Ama Benyiwa Doe who passed on a day ago.

In a tweet, President Nana Addo-Dankwa Akufo-Addo said ” I’m sad to hear about the news of the death of Ama Benyiwa Doe. She was a colleague in Parliament, and  a good friend. May her soul rest in perfect peace until the Last Day of the Resurrection when we shall all meet again. Amen!!”

The late Madam Ama Benyiwa Doe is a Former MP for Gomoa West and Central Regional Minister.
