JHS teachers and students to enjoy one week midterm break starting 15th March, 2021

Teachers teaching at the Junior High Schools and their students are expected to go on a week midterm break starting from 15th March, 2021.

According to the Ghana Education Service (GES) 2021 Academic Calendar, Junior High Schools will enjoy five (5) working days midterm break for the first semester.

Inscription on the Junior High Schools time table indicates that, the midterm is effective from 15th March, 2021 to Friday, 19th March, 2021.

Information available to Coverghana.com.gh further suggests that, after school on Friday, 12th March, 2021, the Junior High School teachers and students will return to school on Monday, 22nd March, 2021.

All JHS Head teachers except those heading both primary and JHS will also enjoy the midterm break.

According to the timetable, the Junior High Schools will also enjoy their second midterm break from 6th September, 2021 to 10th September, 2021 in the second semester.
