A retired judged of the Court of Appeal Justice Isaac Douse has disagreed with former President John Dramani Mahama’s comments that the Supreme Court under President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo’s government is corrupt.

Justice Isaac Douse said John Mahama was doing the whole nation a disservice with such comments.

He said in the past, well-intentioned people have committed grave mistakes because they had a narrow view of the Judiciary.

The former President while addressing the NDC’s legal team in a forum at Ada jabbed the judiciary by stating that the judiciary is biased and needs to be pudged under a new Chief Justice.

But his comments did not go down well with retired Appeals Court Judge Justice Douce who cautioned the Ex-President to be careful not to muddy the image of the judiciary before the public.
