The recent economic downturn has had a lot of Ghanaians crying for relief especially from the Government and the Finance Ministry. The Kasapreko Limited has released a notice indicating that the company is offering support to its employees to help cool them off in these hard times.
Salary workers have been at the receiving end of these financial issues due to the fixed income they receive as against the rising economy and cost of living. Some employers have been able to increase salaries and others have added allowances to aid their workers.
The release made by the Kasapreko Group on 2nd November, 2022 reads;
“Dear Colleagues, in view of the recent economic volatilities in the country which is affecting the wellbeing of staff, management is gravely concerned.
In addition to other measures taken by Management to cushion staff and their families in the face of these challenges, management is announcing the payment of Double Salary to all permanent contracts and casual employees in November 2022.”
This act by the management of Kasapreko Limited has been applauded and the management believes it will bring a bit of relieve to the staff in the system.
