Vincent Kojo Oppong Nkrumah famously known as Kojo Oppong Nkrumah or KON is a Ghanaian politician and member of the New Patriotic Party. He is also a learned lawyer and a Christian as well.Â
Kojo Oppong Nkrumah formerly worked as a journalist for the multimedia group in Ghana before he entered politics. He is currently the member of parliament for Ofoase-Ayirebi constituency in the Eastern region of Ghana and the minister for information since 2017.

Kojo Oppong Nkrumah worked as a journalist at Joy Fm, a station under multimedia group where he hosted the super morning show after the demise of Komla Dumor.
He then established his own investment firm known as West Brownstone Capital after he bowed out of active broadcasting and journalism in 2014. He attended GIMPA to study law in 2014 and became a lawyer in 2016. He was called to the Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana in 2016.Â
By 2016, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah serves as a lawyer practicing at Kulendi, Attafuah and Amponsah at law.Â
He contested for the parliamentary seat of Ofoase Ayirebi in 2016 and won after winning his primaries in 2015. Kojo Oppong Nkrumah was then appointed minister for information by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo in 2017 and has been at post since then. He serves as the Cabinet spokesperson on the Economy.
In Parliament, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah serves on Finance Committee and Constitutional, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs Committee.Â
He also works at British American Tobacco as Treasury Analyst.
