Level 400 students of CoE statement of results: UCC urges students to verify their names, courses registered, IC, ABS, Resit

The University of Cape Coast’s department in charge of College of Education Studies has issued an important notice to all final years in the 46 colleges of education on their results. The release dated 14th October, 2022 was addressed to management and Principals of the various colleges.

The release by the Institute of Education stated that, the statement of results for all final year students in the 46 public colleges of education have been released as of today, 14th October, 2022 and that all principals should ensure that the students have access to the document.

Again, it is requested of the students that, they peruse the statement of results for correct spelling of names, correct arrangement of names, correct courses registered

and the likes before 24th October, 2022.


The notice read “ We have dispatched level 400-final year students statement of results to be distributed to them. The students are required to check and confirm the following records and give feedback to the Institute of Education;

  1. Correct spelling of names
  2. Correct arrangements of names
  3. Correct courses registered
  4. IC/ABS/ Resit issues

The feedback should be sent on or before 24th October, 2022.”

The Institute of Education in a letter signed by David Larbi, Secretary of the Institute emphasizes on the fact that these corrections are crucial and should be done quickly to avoid unpleasant issues after graduation.
