The eight (8th) Parliament of the Republic of Ghana led by the Speaker of Parliament Rt. Hon. Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin has announced the information for amendment of some Bills brought before it.
According to the information picked, three (3) top Bills will be amended by the Parliament of Ghana.

The House has earlier mandated the Parliamentary Select Committee, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs to look into the Bill for possible amendment and subsequent passage.
The Committee had also requested from the general public a written Memoranda in respect of the Bills.
As the deadline of request for Memoranda ends on Thursday, 30th September, 2021, Parliament is set to officially amend the Bills laid in the House.

Below are the list of Bills laid in Parliament and referred to the Committee for consideration and report:
- Criminal Offences (Amendment) Bill, 2021
- Office Of Special Prosecutor (Amendment) Bill, 2021
- Promotion of Proper Human Sexual Rights and Ghanaian Family Values Bill, 2021.
