Martin Kpebu to Sue Akufo-Addo for Corruption after 2024 Despite Immunity
Renowned Ghanaian Lawyer Martin Kpebu says he will sue the current President of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for corruption after he leaves office.
He indicated that not even the immunity for a former Presidents of the land will stop him from suing the President for corruption when he leaves office.
Lawyer Martin Kpebu explained that the immunity that former Presidents enjoy does not make them immune to acts like corruption.

“The immunity is for the things that he has done and not for acts like corruption,” Lawyer Martin Kpebu explained on The Keypoints on TV3/3FM on Saturday, September 16.
Mr Kpebu was speaking on the recent apology offered by Dome-Kwabenya Member of Parliament (MP) Sarah Adwoa Safo.
The renowned lawyer was concerned it took President Akufo-Addo too long to sack the then Minister of Gender, Children and Social Protection when he abandoned his work for many months.
