Ministry of Education PRO Ekow Vincent Assafuah wins Old Tafo Constituency Primaries

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the Ministry of Education, Mr. Vincent Ekow Assafuah has won the Old Tafo constituency parliamentary primaries on the ticket of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP).

 

At the end of the elections, Hon. Ekow Vincent Assafuah beats his five (5) condensers with a total votes of two hundred and ninety-nine (299). Dr. Louisa Serwaa Carole had one hundred and thirty-three (133) votes, the other four (4) contenders including; Prince Odeneho Oppong had ninety (90) votes, Emmanuel Obeng had forty-four (44) votes, Lord Inusah Lansah had twenty-seven (27) votes while Archibald Acquah was massively rejected by delegates with no vote.

Total Valid votes was 573, rejected ballots was 6, total Vote Cast was 579 and eligible voters are 610.
