The Women’s Wing of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has hit the street of Kumasi today, 15th December, 2020 to demonstrate against the Electoral Commission’s declaration of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo as president elect in the December 2020 Presidential elections.
The NDC’s women’s wing has shown great disappointment and mistrust in the independent work of the Electoral Commission of Ghana hence, described the Commission’s work as shambolic, incompetent and misleading.

According to the National Women Organizer of the National Democratic Congress, madam Hanna Bisiw Louisa the Electoral Commission has rigged the election in favour of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) Presidential Candidate Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
She also expressed worry on how the military is be ing used by the New Patriotic Party government to suppressed the right and the secret verdict of Ghanaians in favour of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
Speaking in an interview monitored by Coverghana.com.gh, she added that, they want the Electoral Commission led by Mrs. Jean to prepare and redeclare the December 2020 Polls results because they believe that, Mr. John Dramani Mahama has won the presidential elections.
