North Tongu DCE donates medical items to Battor Catholic Hospital Covid-19 Infectious Disease Isolation Centre

The District Chief Executive of North  Tongu District Assembly Hon. Richard Collins Arku has donated Medical Items and Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) to the Battor Roman Catholic Hospital Covid-19 Infectious Disease Isolation Centre.

According the North Tongu New Patriotic Party (NPP) Parliament Candidate, his outfit presented the following medial items to the hospital;

• 30 pieces of Bedsheets

• 4 pieces of Electronic Blood pressure monitors

• 4 pieces of Pulse Oximeters

• 4 pieces of Glucometers

• 4 pieces of Stethoscopes

In a short ceremony to present the items, Mr. Richard Collins Arku said, in order to observe social distancing in the OPD, four (4) rooms of canopies were presented to the Battor Roman Catholic Hospital.

“I presented medical items to Battor Catholic Hospital yesterday 10th July 2020 to be used in COVID-19 Infectious Disease Isolation Centre (IDIC) the Hospital with support from the North Tongu District Assembly have put up.” He said.
