The former Central Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Mr. Bernard Allotey Jacobs says, the rulling New Patriotic Party (NPP) has done more for the people of Volta Region than any other government.
The suspended Regional Chairman who is noted for jabbing the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) in a statement intercepted by Coverghana.com.gh said, “NPP Has Done More In Volta Region”
He made this comment as he released information on a recent construction work undertaken by the President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo led NPP government.
According to Bernard Allotey Jacobs, the construction of Phase 1 of the 17-km Tema-Aflao Road is progressing steadily.
He said, the Tema-Aflao road forms a part of the Abidjan-Lagos corridor project that spans more than 1,000 kilometres (km), connecting Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Togo, Benin, and Nigeria.
On 6th May, 2020, Bernard Allotey Jacobs was suspended from the National Democratic Congress (NDC) following his persistent anti-party campaign. It appears that, his suspended has rather given him the opportunity to openly jab the NDC and it big wings.
