The projections made by the station came at the time the Constitutional mandated body responsible for the conduct of the elections thus; the Electoral Commission of Ghana received Certified results from only 7 out of 16 administrative regions in the country.

Many Ghanaians, Civic Society Groups most especially the largest opposition political party National Democratic Congress have expressed worry and subsequently questioned the credibility of the projections made by TV3 through its Broadcast Journalist Alfred Ocansey.
