President Nana Addo speaks on Covid-19 today, after the arrival of vaccines

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is set to deliver his 24th Address to the nation on the measures taken against spread of Coronavirus pandemic in Ghana.

His address is scheduled to take place today, Sunday, 28th February, 2021 at exactly 8:00pm after the arrival of the Covid-19 vaccine in the country.

Information available to suggest that, President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is expected to address the misconception around the vaccination exercise to combat the Novel Coronavirus in the country.

On Wednesday, 24th February, 2021, the Govermment of Ghana has received a total of 600,000 Coronavirus vaccines at the Kotoka International Airport to vaccinate her citizens.

An Emirates Boeing 777-300ER touched down at the Kotoka International Airport with 600,000 doses of Covid-19 vaccines which was received by the Minister Designate for Health Kwaku Agyeman Manu.

Ghana’s Covid-19 Vaccine Drive: Priority areas and persons to receive first dose

Citizens are therefore encouraged to avail themselves for the vaccine in order to help curb the Covid-19 situation in the country.
