Information available to Coverghana Media Networks revealed that, Schools will officially reopen in January 2021.
According to sources, Basic Schools are expected to reopen on 18th January, 2021.

The information further said, the Junior High School (JHS) New Curriculum workshop for teachers has been scheduled for 4th January, 2021 to 8th January, 2021 accros the country.

Meanwhile, confirmation for teachers is expected to commence anytime soon in all schools.
Teachers are directed to use this information to plan their activities ahead of the provisional date.

Though this provisional schedule is yet to be officially communicated by the Ghana Education Service (GES), our sources from the Ministry of Education and Ghana Education Service have confirmed the proposed schedules pending final approval.
