Below is the Post Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia made on his Official Facebook Page the Graduation Ceremony.
I was Guest of Honour at the Joint Graduation ceremony of the Senior Division Course 41 and MSc Defence and International Politics, 2020 at the Burma Hall, Burma Camp.
It was gratifying to note that their training was not adversely hampered by the restrictions of Covid-19. In the absence of some foreign experts who were unable to travel to Ghana because of COVID-19, local subject matter experts expertly and capably filled in and transferred knowledge and expertise. This emphasized, once again, that we should always look within first before looking outside.
I assured the gathering that Government will continue to support infrastructural development in the College in particular and the Ghana Armed Forces in general. The retooling of the three Services is very paramount in our quest to modernise the operations of the Armed Forces and allied security services.
Congratulations to all graduates. I urge you to use the newly acquired knowledge and skill to better your Services, armies and society.
