The former Motherbell player who is currently the defender of Morecambe Christian Mbulu has been announced dead at the age of 23. The cause of the vibrant defender’s death is yet to be made public but his former club, Motherwell took to twitter to blow the sad news to the general public.
Christian Umbulu who is believed to be a Congolese by descent was an English professional footballer who played as a defender. The stronger back who died in his home’s funeral arrangement is yet to be made public.
Even though death awaits every individual, that of the football defender was a bad news for his club, Morecambe, as the England games are set to begin next month and clubs are in serious preparations towards ending the disrupted season on a good note, Morecambe will have to add mourning to its initial plans.
The defender, during his life time also played for clubs like; Brentford Town, Millwall, Canvey Island, Mother well and Crewe Alexandra.
Football players all over the world will have to mourn this player’s demise. Funeral arrangements are yet to be made known to the general public.
