Hesam “Sam” Asghari is an Iranian-American model, actor, and fitness trainer. He has made appearances in a number of music videos as well as the television programs Black Monday, Hacks, and The Family Business.

Asghari has been the proprietor of the self-titled Asghari Fitness website since 2020, which provides customized workout plans. Asghari married singer Britney Spears in June 2022 after becoming engaged in late 2021. In August 2023, Sam Asghari requested a divorce from her due to their irreconcilable differences.

Mike and Fatima Asghari welcomed Hesam into the world on March 3, 1994, in Tehran, Iran. Maddy, Ellie, and Faye are his three sisters. He is the youngest of four children. When he was four years old, he began gymnastics. Nine years later, at the age of 13, he moved to the United States and didn’t speak any English. Because Sam is a simpler name to pronounce, Asghari reduced his given name, Hesam.
