Teacher Unions Release Press Statement on 2024 Conditions of Service Negotiations

The three (3) Teacher Unions GNAT, NAGRAT, and CCT-GH have issued a notice press notice on 2024 Conditions of Service Negotiations to all Teachers.
Thomas T. Musah (General Secretary, GNAT), Eric Agbe-Carbonu (President of NAGRAT), and King Ali Awudu (President of CCT-GH) signed the release detailing the “Matters arising from collective bargaining agreement (Conditions of Service) Negotiations” on behalf of the Unions.
Below is the release to all teachers
MATTERS ARISING FROM COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT (CONDITIONS OF SERVICE) NEGOTIATIONS
1. The existing Conditions of Service for Teachers in Pre-Tertiary Education Sector expired in August 2023.
2. Negotiations for a new Conditions of Service has commenced.

3. All Teachers should be rest assured that their interest will be jealously guarded and protected.
It is our hope and expectation that by the end of February 2024, negotiations would have been completed after which we shall communicate to you.
