Former Minister of Health under the John Dramani Mahama administration who is currently the deputy Campaign manager for the opposition National Democratic Congress Dr. Alexander Segbefia has reacted to the lynching of the 90 years old woman at Kafaba.
Speaking on the Big Issue on Citi tv, Dr. Alex Segbefia indicated that, the killing of Madam Akua Dente because of allegations that she was a witch is a criminal offence and it must be treated as such.

The NDC Deputy Campaign Manager explained that, there is no Justification for lynching the old woman to death and that all persons that are involved in the act must be prosecuted no matter their age.
Dr. Alex Segbefia said; Â
the killing of Akua Denteh should be treated as a criminal offence. There’s no justification for it. Everyone involved should be prosecuted, no matter their age.
