1. JULIUS KARL D. FIEVEÂ – Youth Organizer, Central Tongu Constituency
2. DIVINE AMAGLO – Deputy Youth Organizer, Central Tongu Constituency
According to the suspension notice, a press release issued by both, circulated on platforms against CEC meeting held on 1st May, 2023 about determination of venue of the upcoming primaries in the Constituency.

“The Youth Organizer and his Deputy’s press release and media interview (s) constituted ground for party misconduct under *Article 48, Clause 8*(b&d) of the Party’s Constitution.”
They are therefore suspended as CEC Members and also as Members of the NDC Central Tongu Constituency with immediate effect pending the final determination by the Constituency Disciplinary Committee.
It’s publicized that, they are however notified not to carry out any activity in the Party or hold themselves in the capacity as Youth Organizer and Deputy Youth Organizer respectively until the final determination of the matter by the Disciplinary Committee.
