UCC SRC Update on delay of school fees for the 2023/2024 Academic Year

The Students’ Representative Council (SRC) of the University of Cape Coast has addressed the concerns expressed by the student body regarding the delay in the release of school fees for the upcoming 2023/2024 academic year.

Recognizing the uncertainty caused by this delay, the SRC has assured students that their concerns have been acknowledged and that efforts are underway to expedite the process.

Transparent communication and timely updates have been identified by the SRC as essential in maintaining a strong student-administration relationship. In light of this, the SRC has been actively engaging with the management to address the delay and find a prompt resolution.

In the statement released, the SRC stated, “We understand that the delays in the release of the school fees for the 2023/24 academic year have created a sense of uncertainty amongst the student populace. We want to assure you that your concerns have been noted, and we are committed to keeping you informed throughout the process.”

The SRC further assured students that they are tirelessly working on their behalf to address the issue. They have been actively engaged in discussions with the management to expedite the release of the fees.

As students eagerly await the resolution of this matter, they urged them to take solace in knowing that the SRC is actively working towards a solution.

“We will continue to keep you updated on any developments regarding the school fees for the 2023-2024 academic year,” the SRC added.
