Independent Presidential candidate Mr. Jacob Osei Yeboah popularly called JOY has said that he will dissolve the Apex Court of Ghana when he wins this year’s Presidential Election.
Speaking in an interview monitored by coverghana.com.gh, Mr Joseph Osei Yeboah indicated that the current President Nana Akufo Addo has packed the current supreme Court with many judges and because of that, he will dissolve the current Supreme Court if he is voted for on 7th December, 2020.

Mr. Joseph Osei Yeboah said;
“Since Nana Akufo Addo came into office, he alone has appointed about eleven (11) judges to the supreme Court so if I came into office, the first thing we will do is to dissolve that Kangaroo supreme Court”
The Independent Presidential candidate explained that, even though the constitution of Ghana allows the President to appointment judges to the supreme Court, President Nana Akufo Addo shouldn’t have appointed as many as eleven judges because, even the Bible said that we are allowed to do all things but it is not all that are good.
Mr. Joseph Osei Yeboah, JOY also added that, after dissolving the Supreme court, he will also initiative the process to also change the Constitution.
