A journalist with Radio Gold has questioned the whereabout of renowned I investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas.
Speaking in a television show on TV XYZ, the journalist alleged that under former President John Dramani Mahama, the investigative journalist was free to do his work and also won many awards but under the current circumstances, Anas Aremeyaw Anas is missing in action.
He further alleged that Anas Aremeyaw Anas is afraid of doing his job because of the current happenings under the current circumstances.
He said ”When Ahmed Suale was killed, we didn’t hear anything about it, if the government that says it protects the media and protests our freedoms, a journalist was killed. Today, where is Anas Aremeyaw Anas? Under John Dramani Mahama and Atta Mills, Anas Aremeyaw Anas was winning awards. Today if Anas Aremeyaw Anas likes he should show his head or miss his steps, he will become ‘obituary’.”
