After the public mounted pressure on SSNIT, they have finally released an official statement indicating that they have discontinued the sale of its 60% stake in their hotels and assured its management.

Discontinuation of Sale of 60% stake in Hotels
The Board and Management of Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) wish to inform the public that the process to divest 60% of SSNIT’s stake in the hotels has been terminated.
