The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) announced that as part of observing Statutory Public Holidays, their offices will be closed on some days.
They urged customers to purchase enough electricity credits for the holiday periods.
The Electricity Company of Ghana Limited (ECG) wishes to inform their cherished customers and the general public that, in observance of the statutory public holidays during the Christmas and New Year seasons, their offices will not be open for business on the following days:
- Monday, 25th, December, 2023
- Tuesday, 26th December, 2023
- Monday, 1st January, 2024
However, customers and the general public can access our services through our digital platforms, i.e. ECG Mobile App, and shortcode *226#, or visit their nearest vending point.
Prepaid customers are advised to purchase enough electricity credits to carry them through the Christmas and New Year holidays.
